Standard Items: Non-customized merchandise may be returned within the aforementioned timeframe for a refund or exchange, subject to compliance with our return conditions.

Custom Orders: Please note that custom-made items are considered final sale. However, in the unlikely event of damage during transit, we will gladly replace the item in question.
